Even if you are not “into” art, you’ll enjoy a relaxed fun experience exploring the galleries in the old historic part of San José, you’ll be treated to music and shows on the street too.

Check out the list of galleries

Every Thursday during high season (they are talking about including Tuesday’s too), which is from November to May-June, some streets in town are closed for traffic and the art galleries open up long hours into the night, normally from 5 PM to 9 PM.

You can then go strolling along going into the galleries one by one bask in the laid-back Cabo atmosphere, have a complimentary Tequila, wine or cocktail, maybe some snacks, cheese or nuts, and learn a bit more about the works being exhibited and sold and as a plus, even meet the artists in person.

Art Walk Exhibits

There’s a wide variety of options, paintings, sculptures, ceramic, jewelry, glass, for all budgets and tastes, so take a look around and feast in the colors, forms and concepts of brilliant artistic minds.

It’s a general feeling that if you are in San José del Cabo, the Art Walk is a MUST.

Tip: If you are planning to dine out in one of the restaurants in the area, make a reservation.
