Pico De Gallo

Pico de Gallo with chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro.

Ingredients
# 4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
# 1 white onion, finely chopped
# 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
# 4 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
# 1 tablespoon lime juice
# salt to taste

Directions

Mix tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, cilantro and lime juice and add salt to taste.

Cover and refigerate for 1 hour.

Thanks for this recipy.Here is the EASY recipe for a spicy Mexican staple, Pico de gallo! Add it to your cheese dip, or guacamole to spice things up for any meal!
