Any experienced folks that could offer suggestions on the best way to "bank" in Cabo? Would like to have a bank referred that can offer ATM service with little or no fee, interact with US banks for deposits, transfers, etc....again, with little or low fees. Is cash, credit card, debit card or check the preferred way to buy things? Specific banks are welcome as I'll be there next week and would like to visit a branch.

I always operate on a cash system when in foreign countries because I'm always worried that credit cards won't be accepted! This could be a great way to not rack up a lot of debt on your trip as well! However, I believe most major hotels, car rental places, etc will take credit card! I have noticed that sometimes I can get better deals when I go into town when using cash.
